Our People

Our workforce is a vital asset, with approximately 750 employees who possess significant experience in solid waste management. About 75% of our team has around 5 years’ experience, and some have been with us since our establishment in 1990. We prioritize employee motivation and effective communication. Our personnel are covered by insurance, and their contributions to the National Pension Scheme are regularly paid. We comply with Ministry of Labour regulations, employ a Safety and Health Officer, and hold regular Health & Safety committees. Our employees receive necessary equipment, uniforms, and training, ensuring their well-being and compliance with health and safety standards.
